Fire Dept: Fire meeting is going on tonight. PERA registration is complete except for the SC-17 form. We’re awaiting a revision on it by OSA. The townhall and fire dept. had a random spot inspection by OSHA about a week ago. Currently awaiting their final report. Chair and Clerk will call a special meeting, if necessary, when we receive the results. Results of the ARMER site study showed adequate signal strength in the areas of concern.

Road and Bridge: Rick reported he dealt with snowplowing complaints. We should review the snowplowing guidelines before we seek new bids for next season. He had G&G steam open one culvert on Sugarloaf. Set the date for the next R&B committee meeting, to review specs and quotes for this summer’s projects, as 6:30 PM, April 3. Public is encouraged to attend.

Cemetery: nothing

Recreation: Tina reported they have applied for a Great Place grant for equipment to allow the ball field to be used as a dog park.

Maintenance: While pushing snow, a septic cleanout was broken and will need to be fixed in spring.

Other Business: Nothing new with TSSSD. The next meeting is scheduled for March 19. An agenda for the Annual meeting was presented. No one had any additions. The Supervisors recommend that setting the levy for 2019 be tabled until August to see what develops with the road projects. If the voters want to set it now, they recommend it be set at $55,000. Everyone was reminded of the MAT short courses coming up at the end of March. The local Board of Appeals & Equalization is scheduled for 6 PM, April 10, right before the next Board meeting.
